Varsity Wrestling · Wrestling: Lyerly Wins State Championship!
Congratulations to sophomore Dylan Lyerly for winning the state wrestling championship in the 220-pound weight class in Macon, GA on Saturday. Lyerly defeated Thomas Dossett from Lambert, 5-3, in overtime. It was the third meeting between the two with Lyerly remaining undefeated against his rival. Way to go, Dylan!
Varsity Wrestling · Wrestling: Nine qualify for Traditional State tournament
The following wrestlers qualified for the GHSA Traditional State Wrestling Championships this weekend: Sophia Eglian Michael Gryder Cale Bissell Tate Bissell Bentley Wheeler Tristan Graham Victor Reyes Mason Butcher Dylan Lyerly.
